Return Process

  Log in to your iHome account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
